What is your Return/Refund Policy?

If there is an issue with your product, please submit a complaint via our email within 30 days of the delivery date, including your order number and images/videos of the defective product. We will either replace the product or refund you without requiring the return of the defective item. Refunds only apply to defective products or those significantly different from what was advertised. Refunds will be processed within 3 days but will not include shipping fees and taxes.
